Once the item has been delivered via hand delivery or arranged for free local pick-up, the item can not be returned or refunded
We want you to be satisified with your purchase... so we will do 1 repair within the first 6 months of purchase in the case that the following occurs : a loosened nail, loosened screw, or cracked board from the wear of 1 garden season within the first six months of the purchase. In order for the repair to occur, the box must be emptied and local so that the box can be dropped off for repair or picked up for repair.
