Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. (receiving meaning 3rd party tracking has stated delivery)
The item being returned must be in its original condition, without any damage or signs of wear or use (which include, but not limited to: try on wrinkles, deodorant residue, stains of any sorts, body odor, smoke smells or smells of fragrant sprays)
It's crucial to avoid applying body odor or perfume to the returned item, as this can affect its eligibility for a refund.
If the returned item has any noticeable wear or odors as outlined above, your return request can be denied. If the returned item is broken in any way, opened, sticker back removed, tags removed from initial placement etc., the item will not be eligible for a return.
Returns of opened or damaged items will not be accepted or refunded.
For eligible items : all refunds are awarded minus the flat rate cost for the return postage. Your original shipping payment will not be included in your refund.

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. We offer the first exchange free of charge to ensure your satisfaction. However, please keep in mind the following guidelines:
Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. (*receiving = package tracking indicates that the package was delivered)
The item being exchanged must be in its original condition (shirt, frosted bag, and tags still intact as received), without any signs of damage or wear. Stickers, jewelry, hats must be in original un-opened packaging and intact with zero damage, and tags in original placement.
We ask that an exchanged item has not been opened, worn, washed, torn, stained, had tags removed or added odor or fragrance. The item will not be accepted as an exchange if it is not in its original condition.
If the exchanged item is received in a damaged or scented condition, the exchange request will be canceled.
Additional shipping fees will apply for exchanges after the first exchange per customer.
Please note that if the new size or color needed for your exchange is no longer available due to inventory... you may have to select a different design from the original design purchased to fill the exchange request.
